Iraq election 2010: PM Maliki's State Law and Allwi's Iraqia: partial vote counts by province, 18 March, 2010

Two main parties with national appeal are PM Maliki's State Law and former PM Allawi's Iraqia. They are neck and neck in Baghdad which has nearly one third seats allocated in the Iraqi parliament. The northern provinces are dominated by Kurdish regional parties and they might become the kingmakers in choosing the next prime minister and president of Iraq.
