The map was created by joining the jobs by congressional districts to the shapefile of 110th Congress downloaded from Census Cartography Boundary Files website
. Also added the U.S. representative name and party affiliation baed on the makeup of the 111th Congress. Thus the map shows two color schemes, the bluish tinge show Democratic Congressional Districts and red-brown tinge represents Republican congressional district. The darker tinges indicate higher number of jobs.
